Michael Boston, MPT: Michael has been the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Greenbelt office since 2004. He graduated from Howard University where he completed both his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. He was on the Dean's List at Howard throughout his entire academic career. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1995.

Kauser Kapadia, MPT: Kauser completed her Masters in Physical Therapy from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi.  She has two years of work experience in an outpatient clinic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She has excellent /communication skills which patients really enjoy along with proficiency in patient assessment.  She enjoys outpatient orthopedics and is committed to delivering quality care and achieving superior patient outcomes.

Kiranpreet Kaur, PT: Kiran graduated in 2005 with Bachelors in physiotherapy degree. She is very skilled and dedicated therapist. She is currently treating patients at our Greenbelt clinic. Kiran is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English. In her free time she loves to spend her time with her husband and her young daughter.

Melissa Luttrell MS OTR/L:  Melissa earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2011. She moved from Birmingham, Alabama to Maryland to earn her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Towson University in 2015, where she completed one of her 12-week clinical rotations focusing on rehabilitation of the hand and upper extremity. When she isn't working, Melissa enjoys reading, playing tennis, baking and watching Alabama football!

Evangelina Margarita Melendez, PTA:  Evangelina Margarita Melendez is based at our Greenbelt office since 2009. She Graduated from University of Maryland College Park with a BS in Kinesiology 2009 and graduated from Montgomery College with Associate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2014.

Neha Patel, PT:  Neha earned her bachelor's degree in Physical therapy in 2010 from Maharaja Sayajirao University in India.  She then practiced in multiple settings including orthopedic, neuro , acute care and community based care for three years in India. After moving to United States, she received her master's degree in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2015. She enjoys working with patients and assisting in their healing process as well as improvements in functional activities.

Divya Karkada, PT: Divya obtained her physical therapy degree from Manipal College of Allied Health Science in Manipal University, India.  Her primary interest is Orthopedic Physical Therapy.  She has had two and half years of specialized experience in orthopedics prior to joining Accessible Physical Therapy.  She enjoys working with patients to achieve their goals.  She will begin taking classes to earn a doctorate degree in physical therapy.   In her free time, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Bezhad Mehdi Khabazian, DPT: Behzad earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland Baltimore. Prior to that, he earned his PhD in exercise physiology in Iran before moving to the US. Using his education, he established a successful career as a professional swimming coach including coaching numerous athletes at international levels, including 4 world championships. He coached a swimmer to be ranked 18th in the world ranking in 2008. Bez enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions and athletes. He enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their dog.

Sally Miller, LPTA: Sally graduated from Salisbury University in 2008 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and most recently earned her Physical Therapy Assistant A.A.S. degree from Northern Virginia Community College. Sally’s interest in orthopedic and sport-specific rehabilitation has been a driving force throughout her physical therapy education and experience. Sally's approach to treatment focuses on hands-on techniques specifically tailored to each patient's condition and unique goals. An avid music lover and sports enthusiast, Sally enjoys going to concerts, rooting for the Orioles, running half-marathons, and chasing around her adorable nieces and nephews.

Waldorf Staff

Maribel Furtado, PT: Meribel is with company since 2002. She is the Clinical Director of our Waldorf office. She is a graduate of De La Salle University-Aguinaldo in the Philippines. Came to the United States in 1995, and has been practicing Physical Therapy ever since. Maribel is experienced in various Physical Therapy settings such as home health, pediatrics, and outpatient clinics.

Sujay Nair, DPT: Sujay Nair graduated with Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, California in March 2016. He has 2 years of work experience in India as a consulting Physical Therapist in a multi specialty hospital after he completed his bachelors from D.Y. Patil University, India in 2012. His quest for knowledge led him to undertake further certification in Neuro Dynamic Solutions, Mulligan concept of manual therapy in India and Kinetics therapy in Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) from University of Applied Sciences in Utrecht (Amsterdam). The dynamism of his profession beguiles him and to hone his skills, he intends to enroll in different courses to enhance his hands on techniques. He wants to be actively involved in promoting healthy lifestyle that ultimately will drive his ability to help people return to the activities of life they enjoy most.

He enjoys playing and watching cricket and soccer and takes pleasure in traveling and spending time with family and friends.
